Dr. Alok Garg
Assistant Professor (Gr-I)Dr. Alok Garg is currently serving as Assistant Professor in Chemical Engineering Department of National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, India. He received B.E. in Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur CG, India, in June 2005, M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala, India, in July 2012 and April 2017 respectively. He has 10 years of teaching and research experience in the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. Prior, he has worked as a faculty member for 2 years at FET, RBS College Agra, U.P., India. He is an active researcher in the field of wastewater treatment, photocatalysis and anti-cancer activity with the specialization of Modeling and optimization using Artificial Neural Network and Response Surface Methodology. He has published a couple of research articles in reputed journals and conference proceeding. He is the reviewer of several reputed SCI journals. He has guided 2 master’s students and guiding one Ph.D. student.
