Associate ProfessorDr. Bharti Gaur is Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry, National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India. Dr. Bharti has done her doctorate in the area of Polymer chemistry. Before joining NIT Hamirpur, in September 2010, she had worked as assistant professor in various Institutes/Colleges. She has also spent 3 years as Research Scientist in Indian Institute of Technology,Delhi, where she was able to file 2 patents in the area of “Azido Polymers-Energetic Binders for solid rocket propellants”. She has several research articles to her credit. Her research interests include- adhesives and coatings, microbial fuel cells, proton exchange membranes for fuel cells and polymeric drug delivery systems.
