Assistant ProfessorDr Neeraj Dhiman is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, NIT Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh (HP). He actively researches in the domain of technology adoption, online recruitment, smart fitness wearables, consumer Happiness and psychological capital. He has presented his research work in IIM Nagpur, IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak. Moreover, he has also chaired session at IIM Nagpur. During his tenure at NIT Hamirpur, he has organized various workshops and National conferences.
