She has completed her Ph.D. research from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. After completing her Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee, she has worked as an Assistant Professor and Programme leader in Amity School of Business at Amity University, Noida campus. Her research interests are in the area of Marketing Management and Information Systems (IS) including social media marketing, Digital Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Technology Adoption and Diffusion, Customer Co-creation, Service Innovation, Customer Engagement, Tourism and Hospitality Management research.
