Brief Research Statement : To perform experiments in above mention fields I have established research facilities which include thermal coating unit, electron beam deposition unit, Keithley source-meter to perform current-voltage measurements, close cycle helium refrigerator to perform low temperature electrical measurement, Wynker impedance analyzer to perform capacitance-voltage and impedance analysis, UV-Visible spectrophotometer for thin film measurements, furnace, spin coater and self developed MATLAB codes to perform numerical simulation studies.

Brief Research Statement : To perform experiments in above mention fields I have established research facilities which include thermal coating unit, electron beam deposition unit, Keithley source-meter to perform current-voltage measurements, close cycle helium refrigerator to perform low temperature electrical measurement, Wynker impedance analyzer to perform capacitance-voltage and impedance analysis, UV-Visible spectrophotometer for thin film measurements, furnace, spin coater and self developed MATLAB codes to perform numerical simulation studies.
