Dr. Mahesh Angira

Assistant Professor (Gr-1)

Dr. Mahesh Angira completed B.E in Electronics & Communication with honours from M.D. University in 2003 and M.Tech degree in Microelectronics & VLSI Design from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in 2007. He earned his Ph.D. degree in the field of RF-MEMS from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani in 2016. He has around 12 years of teaching experience. His research interests focus on the area of RF-MEMS devices and subsystems such as reconfigurable switches, multiple throw switches, High-Q inductors and capacitors, phase shifters, resonators, filters, reconfigurable antennas and MEMS technology based sensors. He has published 25 research papers in international journals and conferences. He is working as a reviewer for many SCI and SCOPUS Indexed Journals.
